Prior to logging in to the system we recommend you take a look at the product overview movies. These movies will give you a good idea of how the system works and a general idea of how to perform each function. (Adobe Flash plug-in required)

The link you will find below is a live, working version of CleanCourse. In order to give a complete overview of how the tool works and the accessibility of each user type, we have created three different user logins. Each login has access to different levels of information within the demo product.

Administrator

As an administrator you have full access to every function of the product. You may add, edit, and delete any and all information within the database including client, project, and user information. Most delete functions are not reversible so you will be prompted if you are sure want to complete those actions. When you first login you will come to the Administrator page where all of these functions are available. You may also click on the My Projects link to see the projects which have been assigned to the Administrator.

Team Member

As a team member you have access only to the projects which have been assigned to you. You may add, edit, and delete only information you have entered into the system. You may view all notes in the system and add updates, but you can not edit or delete notes which are not yours. When you first login you will come to the My Projects page. Here you will see a list of all the projects you are currently assigned to. Click on any of the projects to see the notes and information pertaining to them.

Once you login to the system, to view a project with notes detail, attachments, and a course setup in the WBT Viewer already created, navigate your way to Project List or My Projects. From there select Test Client, and the project named CleanCourse. Feel free to create new clients, projects, users (Administrator only), and notes.

Client

As a client you have access only to your projects that are setup on the system. You may view all notes in the system and add updates but you can not edit or delete notes which are not yours. When you first login you will come to the Project List page for your company. Here you will see a table of each of your projects, and their current status. You also have access to the WBT Viewer to view any courses which are setup. To view a project with notes detail, attachments, and a course setup in the WBT Viewer, select the project named CleanCourse.

This demonstration is available to the public so you can give CleanCourse a test drive yourself. In order to provide easy access to all of our visitors we have provided a user id and password here for your convenience. While using the system please respect this public space by not engaging in any unethical or profane communications. As a courtesy to others, please also do not delete any data which you have not created.
